Startup and Inbound Marketing

Nothing is more exciting than working with a startup company and wearing multiple hats to help launch a new mobile product online.

As the inbound marketing manager for Flip-Pal Mobile Scanner, I worked closely with developers, engineers, supply chain, fulfillment, and customer service reps. My strategy included a variety of tactics. I ignited relationships with the industry’s leading bloggers, whose site traffic aligned with our demographic targets. As a result, key influencers posted reviews and promotions about the product, infusing their copy with keywords I had prompted. I listened to and interacted with target audience members on topical forums and communities. I developed a social media assessment model using analytics to track prospects’ online participation and improve conversions. Lastly, I established and maintained social media platforms to create channels to directly talk with customers and prospects.
